Once again it has proven a difficult Month to decide on this sought after belt for the Month. November 2018 has really been a good Month for efforts and achievements.

Louise Sara This young lady has shown great determination and has a great attitude to learning her Tae Kwon Do. She trains with her two sons and worries about them but at the same time maintains a high level of training. We will help the boys at class; then it's back to you. Shame about her choice in football teams but never the less; well done and well deserved.

Alisha Lichters She works hard and got what was deserved at the recent grading; an A pass and the Grading Award. She has also helped her younger brother Oscar out in class and from what I hear at home for extra practice too.Well done Alisha; again well deserved.

Stuart Connor This young man has shown true Indomitable spirit and real grit by getting straight back in the dojang. Training after not getting the chance to go for his 2nd Dan Black Belt in October. Remarkable persistence and an enjoyment of Tae Kwon Do is evident to see. He always trains with a smile on his face. Or is that a grimace at my rubbish jokes? Well done and well deserved Stuart.

Rosie Cook This young lady has struggled to remember her stuff but obviously enjoys Tae Kwon Do. She has trained with us for over 6 years now. She hibernates in the Summertime as she likes to holiday. Really trained well in November to get ready for her 1st Kup Grading. Would be great too see you in the summer in 2019; maybe a chance of a Black Belt then... Well done Rosie. 20 out of 20 in her theory test too... Awesome...
