10th Kup White Belt to 5th Kup Green Belt Blue Stripe
WINNER     Leila Elford     10th Kup

This young lady is so polite and respectful to everyone she trains with. A potential Black Belt like you all; will she make it? Great effort shown and a willingness to learn. Effort is tremendous and truly is an enthusiastic young lady who is working very hard. Great 'Caterpillar ' dancing at the After Christmas Party too. Soon to be a yellow stripe if she keeps on working hard and trying to perfect her syllabus and perhaps teach me how to do the caterpillar?

10th Kup White Belt to 5th Kup Green Belt Blue Stripe
WINNER     Brian Janes     6th Kup

Brian has been sporadic with his class attendance during the back end of 2018 but he and his whole family of 'Janes' have made a bit of a comeback recently. Let's hope it continues in 2019 and I am sure that it will not be the only Janes family member that will appear in the Student of The Month Hall of Fame listings. Congratulations all of the Janes jamily who took part in the recent South West Competition and Brian came back with a bronze medal for his pattern performance.

5th Kup Blue Belt to any Dan Grade
WINNER    Megan Lane    4th Kup

From a very timid and shy young lady with not much effort and enthusiasm to a young lady who has developed in confidence and power to become brave enough to enter the South West Competion on the 3rd of February! Awesome efforts Megan. You are becoming a Warrior, not a Worrier. Very proud of your efforts and determination in class. Great to see Miss Stone giving you compassion and assistance along the way. Keep up your efforts Megan; making great strides forward with your Tae Kwon Do.

5th Kup Blue Belt to any Dan Grade
WINNER    Philip Jakes    2nd Kup

This really busy young man finds time to work and train sometimes up to 3 hours a week; having his 4 children to ferry around and keep entertained. He somehow manages to keep up his standards of Tae Kwon Do to a good level. Well done Mr Jakes; keep up the great efforts in your training and also encouraging your children to be so enthusiastic. He even enlists the Grandparents to come along and support the children in our Thursday Tiger class. Well done Philip, keep up your efforts and you will soon be a 1st Kup.
